 The Paiute ATV Trail is one of the nations best. It offers hundred of miles of trails through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world. Junction sits in the midst of it all and offers the perfect place for large ATV groups to relax after a day on the trail.

Property Description

This 3,600 square foot, fully furnished home is in the heart of Southern Utah and offers the perfect home base to visit all of the attractions. Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head lie to the south.  The Fremont Indian Museum and Cove Fort is less than an hour to the north and Capitol Reef is just over the mountain to the east. 

In addition to being a great place to play tourist, the property is also perfect for family reunions of up to 25 people. We can provide additional mattresses for a kid’s slumber party in the basement and the adults can stay in one of 6 bedrooms with queen or twin beds. The town of Junction has a city park for picnics and there is also a picnic area 6 miles up city creek canyon to the west.

This home is also perfect for ATV enthusiasts. It’s close to the world renowned Paiute ATV trail. You can park all your trailers and vehicles right on the property and then take off on your ATV adventure. When you come off the trail at the end of the day, you can take a hot shower, sleep in a soft bed and be ready to do it all again in the morning.

If you want something bigger, older and a lot more exciting, may we suggest the old Junction Courthouse. It is the perfect facility for larger family and business gatherings.
